This is the inaugural release of CONSTABLE Irish Whiskey. A genuinely rare, long-aged spirit crafted by Noel Sweeney, one of the greatest Master Distillers in Ireland.

With provenance and flavors that are quite literally second to none, 21 years of age has brought this incredible single-malt selection to its fullest and most delicious expression; no additional fiddling or finishing needed. Endlessly complex with bright pineapple, candied citrus and tea-like tannins, it’s got serious palate weight and a creamy core that will keep you coming back for sip after satisfying sip. 

Sourced from an estate distillery on the east coast of Ireland that dates back to the 1730’s, these Master Distillers have had a whole lot of time to hone their skills at producing the most exceptional aged whiskey in the land. Today, the award-winning Master Distiller, Noel Sweeney, is at the helm, and this release will go down in history as one of his truly special lots. Rarified stuff, that belongs on the top shelf of any connoisseur or collector’s bar.
